Daly bms

Hello, I am looking for assistance with my 16s 150a 48v daly bms. I am flying blind, can't see any info on my cells but the app won't let me update. It's requesting a firmware code and the usual 123456 isn't getting it done. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I also have a problem with an 8s 250a 24v Daly BMS. I'm running a 3.6 kW MPP hybrid inverter.
It started operating perfectly 24 hours earlier, and the battery was 25% off full charge this morning. The battery was charging quickly; however, by midday today, the BMS voltage passed to the inverter had fallen to around 12 volts, and the MPP reported no battery was connected. Using a metre, the voltage of the 8 cells in series is 26.75 volts. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or is this Daly simply failing? I really appreciate any advice.
