Device to turn pump off when grid goes down

I had a solar pool pump that unfortunately stopped working. Until I get a new one, I want to connect my conventional pump using the power generated from the four 350 Watt panels that were installed for the solar pump. I can use this energy through my LV2424 inverter, combined with grid power. The problem is that if grid energy goes down, the pump will suck the energy out of the battery in no time. To avoid that and still be able to use the energy provided by these panels, I need to turn the pump off when grid goes down.

Question: is there a device to monitor grid power and turn off the pump in case the grid goes down?

Why not just have a relay/contactor energized by the grid? Grid goes down and relay de-energizes.

Or use a transfer switch like this, May have to reverse the inputs to get the desired priority switching.

Thanks so much for the replies. A contactor relay that's normally open connected to grid power seems pretty simple and elegant to resolve my issue. Didn't know those exist, but they seem pretty inexpensive. I think with this one I wouldn't even need a power supply:

This seems like the answer to my problem also. But several of the links are for foreign countries. I need one in the USA. There is one for Amazon (USA) below but reviewers say it is noisy and doesn't always work, and that Square D is better. I need something to shut off a Shurflo 12 v water pump when the sun is insufficient for running it efficiently.
