I have been using 16 pcs of this panel that came with an Solar Air conditioner.

I installed these as 8 pcs per string, 2 strings, all facing 170⁰ Azimuth (South), ~15⁰ Tilt (which is optimum for my area).
I used that on my Growatt Grid Tie and later (June 2022) Deye 5KW Hybrid.

For the longest time, I observed these 2 strings peaked at 3.5K (~220W per panel)
Now that the sun is moving towards south, these panels are peaking higher.
Will these panels achieve 270W when Sun is perfectly perpendicular to the panels? Maybe circa November?

Nevertheless I still find them insufficient, so a few days ago I installed 7pc of this panel:

Here is Deye 5KW's PV Specs:

So I rewired my old panels as String#1 of 12 Panels (4 panels unused). Now, I have:
String#1: 12 Pcs of 270W = 3240W (Voc <480V, Isc < 9.5A)
String#2: 7 Pcs of 460W = 3200W (Voc <350V, Isc < 12A)

Hmmm... The numbers seem correct and fits within the specs of Deye.
But I am very iffy with String#1's Voc getting very near 500V.
Should I be worried?
Should I re-wire it? And if so, should I rewire it as 2P8S? Or just drop it down to 10 pcs?

The PV voltage will increased when colder weather, will not happen in Philippine ,so you will be fine.
or you can do string #1 : 2p6s
leave a string #2 alone

I thought the voltages of varying panels are supposed to be about the same for parallel. I just added two 200 watt 10 amp panels to six 370 watt 10 amp panels in series. But it has been so hot (110) that it made little difference.
