DEYE String Inverter AC coupled with Deye Hybrid Inverter 5kw (GEN Port)

Can anyone advise if the Deye String inverter can be AC coupled from the GEN side without the GRID connected to the Hybrid.
I assume the Hybrid will sync to the String inverter instead of the GRID.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
(Micro Inv Input: To use the Generator input port as a micro-inverter on grid inverter input (AC coupled), this feature will
also work with "Grid-Tied" inverters).

Yes, Deye Hybrid inverter can be coupled with any grid-tie inverter in off-grid mode, however there're some important things which must be set right:
1. Total output power of AC coupled inverters cannot exceed power of the hybrid inverter. In your case that's 5 kW
2. Battery bank must be able to absorb full output of the AC coupled inverters. In your case charging current should be at least 100 A.
