Trying to figure what’s better, to buy a step down converter 48v-12v and run efficient but expensive DC fridge, or just run a regular cheaper house fridge off the inverter?
Are the DC/danfoss fridges still more efficient after allowing for step down losses?
This is for a stepvan conversion. Would not use a small dorm size fridge, but a bigger home style fridge and freezer.
