eg4 3k not charging

Was working great for couple months then started to notice it will only charge to 83 percent but show fully charged on lcd screen its gettin worse weely now its only going to 63 percent good sun for couple hrs ive seen 2.1 kw but then you hear in slow everything down and quits charging shop solar kits said to update firmware that was no help then said the mfg has a problem and i should buy a charger to charge battery i have no grid power was steering away from having to drag generator back n forth this is a small shack on river couple lights n fridge no major power loads only use it for couple hrs on weekends anyone else dealing with this

Sounds like cells are out of balance and BMS is going into protect which would make the inverter show full based on overall pack voltage.

Recommend setting charge voltage to 55.2v (3.45v / cell) and see what happens. This should allow the BMS to balance but could take days / weeks depending on active or passive balance.

What are your current charge voltages set to?
What are the readings of each cell within the pack?
