Had problems updating the EG4 6000's......Ryan with SS has always been a great help and hooked me up with Ty who was able to remotely do the update on inverter number one. I kindly thanked him and told him I would do the other two. He was leaving in about an hour so let him know how it went on the other two. Inverter number two worked like a charm. Inverter three gave me an error 32.....got back on the phone with Ty who graciously put his plans on hold and fixed me up with updating inverter number three. Thank you Ty for all your very much needed help, can't thankyou enough. Ryan and Ty.....two great employees.. I hope SS is treating them right.
