Sounds like they know they have a problem with the 6k and are trying to avoid future warranty claims.
What if we are not the original owners of the product? Is it still eligible for the trade in/trade up?So, to be clear, the whole house guys with 2x6500ex or 2x 6000ex will get $1500 off of the 18kpv, net cost $4099.
most of our 6.5-6kw customers who have them for the features they are designed for are happy, if you want to take the next step up this makes it easier financially.
the program is a customer relationship value add, so you have to be original purchaser. What if we are not the original owners of the product? Is it still eligible for the trade in/trade up?
Also, what happens to the old equipment? Do you guys recycle it or refurbish and resell?

May take advantage of it when I get the house built.
How long is this good for James?
Very cool. I was assuming it was a trade in kind of thing. You keep it. This is our ecosystem reward for starting early before newer tech arrived.
Just curious...Why May 1st? I bought my 6000ex at the end of June, still before the new system was released/announced. (And I've submitted a request for warranty/DOA replacement for the AIO.)Upgrade Program

What changes to my 6000ex setup would have to be changed to utilize the new 6000xp unit. I have just installed my 6000ex. Bought over a year ago with intentions of buying a second and got set back on installing, cause I could never catch another in stock when I looked. Now I’m seeing I can’t add another unit without swapping to the newer ones. Kind of dis heartening having to start over again. Thanks.Upgrade Program
