Eg6000 xp earth ground

I have eg4 6000xp i will not be hooking ac power to it at first, do i need to run a earth ground wire to the PE BAR ON THE eg4 6000? 2nd part is can the solar panel frames be grounding to the same earth ground rod? Or does one need to pound in a rod for each? Less pounding is better lol but wanting to verify.

Yes. Run from your main panel to the PE on the inverter.

Yes, run the ground for the PV frames to the same grounding system as the rest of the house. It is better NOT to have a 2nd ground rod.
