Electrician Needed for Permit: Austin, TX

Hi-

I've designed and am DIY installing my system on my residence. My local utility requires an Electrician pull an Auxiliary Power permit and be present for inspection. So I am looking for someone who is willing to pull permit, review plans, review work, and be present for inspection. No install work needed. No solar experience required.

Thanks, but this isn't constructive - As I said plans and work are welcome to be checked. Austin requires a certain permit which must be pulled by an electrician, which really puts a constraint on the DIY'er, and this is diysolarforum.com. Open to alternate pathways/solutions.
