ERROR 16

I got 2 spf3000tl lvm inverters conected as split phase 120/240 and when utility generator comes in it keeps showing warning # 16 "paralel input phase error", my generator is 12kw peak/9.5kw running so I know minimum generator capacity should be 1.5 the output power from my inverters son I believe is covered . 3000 watts each inverter is 6000 watts total 1.5*6000=9000 watts .

Right now I'm doing a manual transfer because of this #16 warning

Any idea how fix this warning.

Is the generator the correct voltage?
120v/ 240v split-phase?
If so, double check the connections and verify that both units are receiving the correct voltages.
