Felicity lithium battery 12.5 kw suddenly dead while fully charged any help plz?

I have no idea what happened it was fully charged all 4 leds were lit. And then it shut down no beeps no overload just lights and I have the battery for 1 year almost was new when purchased.

The battery was just sitting there not connected to anything and not being charged or discharged?

Overvoltage shutdown protection? What is the voltage at the battery? Use a multi-meter on the battery terminals.

It was operating normally.

What exactly is the battery doing when it is operating normally? Is it being charged or powering an inverter or other load?
"Something" must have caused your problem and we need more clues about what was happening when it shut down.

I contacted the company they said it’s the BMS that’s being damaged, as it’s still under warranty they will change the BMS.

If the battery is reading 53v, then either: 1) Fuse blew or breaker tripped; 2) on/off switch burned out; or 3) BMS.
How many amps is your system using? What is the amp rating on your BMS?

Daylight use up to 18 amps.
Night time use minimum 3amps up to 5 amps
