Forum problems

The forum has been acting stupid for the last week. Most times, it won't even load and I get a "Page not found" error. I have to change my IP address and use a proxy to get it to respond.

It's responding today, but every page looks like this now (see screen shot)

Have cleared cookies, cache, and logged out to reset everything but no luck. The forum has also been really slow lately even when it does load.

Still working to make sure the problem isn't on my side.

thats what I get, along with getting told my "IP address looks suspicious" so its thru the captcha hoops I jump, sometimes three or four times.
