My system starting throwing erroneous codes, and signature solar wants me to update the software. They’re shipping me a cable but as of now it looks like I won’t receive it for 4-5 days.
We are off grid and it’s 100+ degrees all week. We’re completely without power until I can get my hands on a firmware cable. Anyone in the area willing to lend me their cable?
