Hi, Just an idea ... i was thinking on gost loads on BMS, especially when your BMS use a mechanic relay switch on a decent size array on a mobile application. In my case 1000w solar array. Will was talking about the fact that if you have a new balanced lifepo4 pack it takes a bit of cycle to go off balance. So i was thinking what about have a diverter and, especially when you are not using the system, you just bypass the BMS altogether.
Contest: in an application where your inverter/charger (victron multiplus) controller have overcharge and undercharge safety feature, where your 24 and 12 V loads have a low battery disconnect and your MPPT is smart enough to not wreck your battery..
PS you have to take out power to bms controller etc, drawing is just simplification ..
