Giandel Warranty Update

If you have or were considering a Giandel Inverter, I thought I'd share how interacting with them was going.

I took a video of the faulty inverter wired into my setup. I showed the sound the 2200W unit made when I turned it on, and the following audible alarm and 'OL' message.

They asked me to verify all connections. I assured them all were tight and covered with electrical tape.

They promised after that response to send a replacement ASAP, and that I would recieve a tracking number shortly.

They email in the night (based out of Australia) so I will expect that tracking number tonight.

I'll update this thread to document how the experience goes in case anyone else is in the same boat, or considering a Giandel purchase.

Tracking and confirmation received early morning last night.

Replacement to be shipped by Amazon, arriving on the 12th of May.

Looks like Giandel passes the sniff test!

I just had an issue, mine won't turn on. I have a smaller inverter hooked into the same system so I no there is no issue with my system. I just email ed them, hoping for the same type of response.
