Hi, I am installing a second 12 V battery for camping. I’m using the Li time dc to dc charger and the 100ah Li time mini. Mounting the charger and the second battery in the cab. My starter battery is under the rear seat because I have a hybrid.
I want to run the battery cable to the back end of the truck bed into an Anderson plug.
Can I only run the positive four gauge tinted copper wire?
Mounting the batteries negative to the frame in the cab and mounting the Anderson plug negative to the frame at the end of the bed?
Is this proper and safe?
