hello i need help with 0% power production switch that is operated be distributor the distributor is ČEZ in czech republic i have connected pins 11/15 to the inverter from noark ex9ch2011 with is connected outside to grid its should be operated be ČEZ but if i try to activate it home the inverter doesnt switch to 0% power production with should stop the power generation , and without this working i cannot get revision and be able export elecrtric to grid
