I'm planning to use a Growatt 3000 in my van build and I'm trying to figure out how to handle a low temperature charging cut-off. Can anyone with this unit answer the following questions?
  1. Is it true that the mppt charger continues to operate even when the power switch is turned off?
  2. Does the AC to DC charger still operate when the power switch is off?
  3. Is there any reasonable way to disable the Growatt's charging functions (both AC-DC and mppt) without completely disconnecting it from the battery?
I like the idea of the AIO but the low temp cut-off is a sticking point and I dont really want to have to go with a massive BMS or contactor to completely disconnect it.

Thanks

I asked the MPP reps about low temp cutoff on another model and their units do not support it. You're going to have to rely on the BMS for it.
