Hello. Batteries are giving me output of 24v but when connected to the bms this drops to 12v. I know the cells should read higher so was thinking of manually charging the cells and re setting the board (via someone at eBay)

Do you think this will work ? (Can’t afford another battery pack )

I've been offered this - seller is fair and flexible, price is somewhat dependent on how useful it'll be for me. I can't get any sign of life out of the BMS, but that's likely due to the string voltages. Took out one row and this is what they measured at: It's using these Boston Power...

Hello all thanks for your help. All fixed. I charged the batteries manually and works fine.
