So i have a growatt sph-5000 inverter with 3 batteries from growatt and 20 panels on 2 strings
Everything works fine until sundown when the voltage is really low , and for around an hour the inverter for some reason doesn’t want to use the battery, but pulls from the grid.
After the voltage drops to 0 it uses battery normally.
During the day if i need battery and solar or battery plus solar plus grid the inverter dose the job right.
I contacted installer and got a funny answer, tried to contact growatt but no luck for a reply.
