Good morning,

I am new to Growatt inverters. I have the min 7600 grid-tie inverter. My setup was working fine until a few days ago. I washed the pollen off the panels. Now the sun symbol blinks steady then flashes then goes off altogether. I have the correct voltages both AC and DC. I have 4 strings connected at between 350-425 vDC per string. Is it possible it is getting too many volts and shutting down? The tech I spoke with said this inverter would take 550vDC per string.

Thanks for any advise or tips I can get.

1. Can you describe your string location and wiring?
2. Did you check the dc voltages at the terminals in the inverter?
3. What does the Growatt app say the string voltages are?
