Growatt SOC calculation settings -Shineserver

Hello all,
I'm facing something similar with my 2 x Growatt OFF-GRID SPF5000ES inverters.
The battery I have is a lithium 48V (14 cells) - without BMS.

My problem: The inverter only charges to 57V and then it lets the battery discharge even there is power from the solar panels. I'm stuck with 75% SOC all of the time.
Program 05: US2
Program 19: 57V
Program 20: 57V
Program 21: 48V

If I restarting the inverters the charging starts again. After reaching 57V, they stop charging and let the battery drain.

Is there any fix for this?
I am also stuck only charging to 75%, did you fix this? Also my app always shows it’s 100% SOC even when my voltage is 50V

Hie. Did you manage to get this issue resolved. I’m facing the same issue and I can’t seem to get a workaround this.

I think without bms communication between inverter and battery, the inverter has no clue of the battery capacity; it has to rely on volts which is misleading in lifepo4 batteries as they have a flat curve. I’m in your situation but now I don’t care for growatt soc as I observe the batteries get charged and go to floating. If you want to get the correct soc, you have to connect your bms to the inverter, which is a hassle for most of us.

Shinephone says Growatt charged 120 kw, but discharge only 87 kw for the past week. The battery is 10kwh. Where has gone the rest energy?
I tihnk it goes to the growat self consumption, which in my case is aroung 3Kwh per day. for me seems an error that th app or the web or the harwarware doe snot measure its own consumption to make sense of these generation and discharging

I have the same problem. Staying mostly at 75%. This means that inverter does not charge with solar and i a missing 25% from the battery each day. I understand that i must connect BMS to inverter. My BMS is Daly 16S 48V 200A and my inverter is Growatt SPF 5000 ES. Anyone knows where i can get the cable for that connection ?
