I have Growatt SPF 3000TL LVM-24P and Blue Sea circuit breaker Panel and when I use shore power, everything works good, but when I disconnect shore power and use batteries, Reverse Polarity light is dimly lit and when I check the voltage I am getting 120V between hot and neutral, 150V between hot and ground and 150V between neutral and ground.
When I turn off the main circuit breaker on this panel, I am getting 60V reading between ground and neutral and 11V between ground and load. Neutral and load shows 0.4V. Any idea where I went wrong?

There are a few threads on this topic. Here are my test results. On battery load is being split between ground and neutral.

Growatt SPF3000 Test High Load:

Off Grid Battery Output Cable:
Amps:
  • G=0a
  • L1=14.98a
  • N=14.62a

Volts:
  • G/L1=55.64v
  • G/N=64.4v
  • L1/N=120v

On Grid UTIL Mode Output Cable:
Amps:
  • G=0a
  • L1=14.99a
  • N=14.61a

Volts:
  • G/L1=120v
  • G/N=2.3v
  • L1/N=119v

I have similar results. G/N 58V, G/L 51V, L/N 120V. When I turn on Blue Sea circuit breaker, it changes to G/N 151V, G/L 148V and L/N 120V.
Connecting heat gun, 1200W, I am getting 10 amps on L and N and zero on G
