Folks,
I am new to solar and could use some advice on a possible fault and in configuring our new system.
The system is as follows:
String 1 icon on Home Screen flashes intermittently with No fault code and showing led shows normal operation.
String 2 is stable with no flashing. I am thinking wiring fault as when you move string 1 to string 2 port the fault follows and vice versa.
What I really need assistance with is how to configure the settings to deliver the following for my wife and I. If there is a better way to configure our system please share. The company who installed will do a final commission at some point. I just want to be ahead of the game.

- A total of 13 solar panels at 410w each. comprising of 2x strings : 1x string of 5 and 1x string of 8.
- 6.5 kWh li-ion poe4 battery
