Hi I have a Growatt SPH6000 hybrid inverter
It was working fine with 4 pylontec us2000c batteries. But a couple of months ago it stopped recognising the batteries. It says battery open on the display and shows one bar of battery on the display also.
On the batteries it just shows a red light meaning error.
If I disconnect the data cable the batteries show a green light meaning they have charge.
I have tried the batteries independently and the same error occurs.
I have contacted the suppliers and they are not helping.
Any ideas would be appreciated
