Hello problem with balance one cell

Hello i have 280 Ah kit with 3.2 lifepot4 batteries one sell seems not to work with the others .I change her position from number 10 to 14 cell ...can you help me.

I do not know much about Seplos BMS.
What is your balancing voltage set at?

Can you charge it to max to see if it will balance?
I think most BMS balancing default is 3.4vdc.

I think i fix a little bit my problem....
I make my one balance with caple one battery +to the + and - to -.
