I am getting 25 of the 240 watt panels from Santan Solar. I'm also getting 2 of the EV4 5kwh rack batteries. 20 of the panels will be hooked up to this system and the other 5 for a separate system.

So for those 20 panels, I believe I can do a 10x2 config or a 5 series and 4 parallels setup. That will depend on the inverter setup I go with.

Help me choose (I don't need 220v/240v but am considering 2 smaller inverters in case one goes bad...unless that's a no-no):

2 x PIP 3048LV-MK 48V 3kW 120V Inverter , 4.5kW Solar Charger 80A
or
1 x LV6548 6.5KW – 120v Solar inverter 8kW -2 x 4kW 250V MPPT

Or should I go with growatt equivalents

2 x SPF 3000TL LVM-ES 3kW 120V, 120 to 250V Solar Voltage
or
1 x Growatt 48V 6kW Split Phase 120V/240V Package 2 x 4500W MPPT

A few notes:
-I don't need 220v/240v.
-I do want to run more than 1 fridge and probably will hook up my 120v washer and dryer.
-I have seen threads on this forum saying watch out for growatt and more than one fridge.
-I want to run a few small window air conditioners
-Everything powered on and running is probably more than 6000 watts in all, so I will not hook all up to the system. I just want to be able to hook any up to the system while I monitor power usage.

I'm open to all good suggestions.

I have a Growatt SPF-5000-ES and running 2 refrigerators and a deep freezer, not to mention the rest of the house. No issues here. I can't speak to the inverters you mentioned.

my dual growatts run my full size fridge, 2 mini fridges, and 2 freezers. No issues for over a year with daily cycling between grid and solar/battery
