How Do I connect an all in one inverter to my panel?

Thanks for the feedback on my original question everyone. Much appreciated. I have another question. How do you connect a panel to an all in one inverter like the one pictured below? I will not be powering anything big. I need power for my 4 LED lights, laptops, cell phones, and a mini fridge.
