How many panels of JA 580 be hooked with Kostal Piko 4.6?

Dear All
I have 9 panels of JA solar with specifications mentioned in attachment. I'm getting a Kostal Piko 4.6 grid tied inverter who's specs are also listed.
Can anyone guide me if I can really hook these 9 panels with Inverter? The reason for asking this question is the difference in IDCmax and ISC of inverter and panels.
In case I can hook the panels, what would be the highest output of these panels under good conditions?

Voc of each panel is roughly 50v. 9 panels is 450v.
Max Voc of inverter is 1000v. 450v is well below max.

Isc of panel is 15a.
Max input current of inverter is 11a usable, 13.8 Isc, but DC1 and DC2 can be paralled for 22a. Don't quite understand with 2 mppt that they can be paralleled. You will need to verify.

If the two MPPT's are communicating with each other. They can be synchronized for parallel connection.
But only if they are designed for it.
