I have a problem with the Gorwatt 5000es

I have 2 lithium-ion batteries 48 v 216 ah in parallel connection. When I connected with the inverter 5000 es the battery BMS behaved abnormally the inverter software was 67 01 104. I updated the inverter software 67 01 104 to 67.03 20230630 but I saw the battery is not charging from the solar, I set the battery options 05 li and 36 52. Can you help me with this?

My guess is that you have some settings that are no filled out like your chemistry and charge profile details.

I've seen these installed where they were running but not charging, only after adjusting the settings and rebooting did the units begin to charge the batteries.
