I Have The Chance To Buy This Generator - Looking For Opinions

I have the change to buy a used Kohler, DC Generator (Genny Webpage) for my 24v setup.

Trying to research, comes back with little, to no information and no reviews at all.

Has anyone here ever worked with this generator?

I have a maintenance contract with their 45KW ac model. Kohler makes amazing quality equipment.
It seems a bit pricy for 6kw, as a 20kw ac generator is $2K less... but for straight battery charging it may be worth it for the convenience... I’m not sure on that front.

The intriguing part for me is if the batteries register too low, it will automatically turn on and top them up.
Not a bad idea when there are days with no sun
