I dont see anything wrong really but I would do like bud said. Or just remove everything and power the inverter directly to the batteries first and see if it works. Something is wrong here
Something not making sense to see the Voltage jumps up to 30V.
Turn off the breaker between PV panel and the Charge controller first, then turn off the breaker between chart controller and the battery and then turn on the inverter to see what will happen. I think the Epever output is spiking up the Voltage, there are threads about this issue. View attachment 105165

I tried what you said and shut the breakers to controller off and just turned on inverter. Should have thought of that but anyhoo. Again inverter still shut off. So I think even though it’s a replacement it is still bad.

I think your inverter is toast. Also cheap breakers are bad news. I've seen a few cases even where nice ones are bad.
This guy cooked 2 inverters one after another. I don't care for his setup at all but I think the breaker contributed to the failure causing the inverter to starve drawing excessive current and popping it under surge.
