I am looking to overpanel to take me through the winter months but I thought that to make use of the excess that will be gathered in summer perhaps induction cooking on electric stove could be an option. Bear in mind I have barely any other electrical draws aside from tiny things like tablet, phone, usb ports so could devote the lion's share to whatever. Also the main thing I am trying to power now, heating, will not be required in summer.
I don't want to add other useless gadgets just for the sake of it. I am talking about useful stuff for basic needs.
