Is it normal that cells lose voltage after top balancing?

I did top balance my 8 Eve 280Ah A grade cells to 3.6V. Then I assembled my 2P4S pack and it hadn 14.4 volts. Today I checked again while assembling the setup with BMS etc, and the voltage was dropped to 14.2V. Is this a normal behaviour?

That's 3.55 volts per cell resting voltage....perfectly normal
