Is my charge controller faulty?

It's 11AM, sunny day and I've just looked at my solar charge controller, and it was showing 120w and the battery was showing 99%.

Then I looked at the batteries and they were showing 24.2v on the inverter.

I then added a load and the solar shot upto 780w.

Is my charge controller faulty? Why is it saying my battery is 99% SOC when clearly it isnt.

Also to add, under load the panels put in maximum power. But as soon as theres no load it presumes the batteries are full and it's throttling the input.

Really frustrating.

- Make & Model of Solar Controller
-- The settings used on it as well.
- Solar Panels, make/model & configuration of array
- Inverter Make & Model, and any settings done.
- Make/Model of Batteries in use & configuration (series / parallel etc)
