Hey guys. I've come across two battery racks where one is at nominal 48V, the other at 51.2V.

48V will have 4800wh and the other 5120wh. Max charging at 54V, the other at 57.6V

51.2V rack will cost 60 bucks more. Any insights, opinions is much appreciated.

Do you have the link to the batteries?
15 cells x 3.2V nominal = 48V, 48V x 100Ah = 4.8kWh
16 cells x 3.2V nominal = 51.2V, 51.2V x 100Ah = 5.12kWh.
So one battery pack has 15 cells, the other one is 16 cells.
The 16-cell battery pack is the typical for the so called '48V' LFP which I think it is more common than the 15-cell '48V' battery pack.

Thanks Bud. No, it's like one of those oem rack prebuilt similar pylon, sok

Right. Didn't think of that. So my concerns if 15 cells will do fine in long run and compatible with other 16 cells DIY build.
