JBD + CALB Won’t Charge…

I don’t see anything quite like this but apologize if I missed it. I’ve got 4 CALB CA100 cells and an sp04 BMS wired up and everything looks great. It’s one of six identical batteries in my house bank. The other 5 are working fine. This battery has been working previously. Noticed via BT app that this battery wasn’t charging with the others. Flipped charge ports on/off a few times and observed charging then it stopped again. Assumed BMS was bad so swapped and am getting exact same results. Have checked voltages at terminals and everything checks out. BMS appears to be reading fine, cells look good. What am I missing??
