I'm repowering a Ford Neighbor Think golf cart from 72v lead acid to 20S li-ion using new Samsung 64ah prismatic cells. I couldn't find a good BMS in stock here in the USA so I ordered this one from ali https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256806124920304.html It's a 300amp JBD relay type. Is this a good BMS for my application? I've been told the cart draws about 125a on full throttle start. I also have a 5a active equalizer board. Should I run it on the pack also or will the BMS be sufficient?
Thanks

I think it should be fine. I have 4 of that style running on my 48V storage banks. I ran 1 as a test to make sure it could handle the startup surge of my well pump and power my house, didn't have any issues.

I would add the active balancer or set your self up to add it later easily if needed.
The built in passive balancer does a decent job but it's really slow.

Be sure to connect to it and check / tweak all of the factory setpoints when you first commission it.
