JBD SP04S034 Has Failed or has firmware bug and Heating pad keep running!

I'm using this bms:

and these heating pads:

each of these pads use 3.8 amps of power so combined they are drawing 7.6 amps

I had set the parameter for under temp charging to 5 degree C and the release to 10 degree. I was using a small 10 amp power supply and let it run for over a hour in a small test enclosure and the pads kept running, so I disconnected the power supply and lowered under temp charging to 0 and the release to 3 degree to see if it would stop, it didn't!

It did not matter, the heating pads keep running even if the temperature is like 24 degree C the heating pads keep running even without any incoming power the pads keep running. The only way to get them to stop is to disable the discharge mosfets.

Is this a firmware bug or something is busted? I'm on Firmware 80. Is it possible to update?

download the over kill solar app is there a setting for the heater to turn on/off?

I have tried multiple things as soon as you connect the heating pads it turns on and I see 7.6 amps going to the heating pads. Does anyone else have this issue?
