I have an interesting issue with this shunt. It’s the new 2023 version and has latest firmware installed (using post-sales support code 8610 and firmware code 000).
After firmware update, the shunt resets itself to 100% SoC every time I connect my iOS app to it. Otherwise, the shunt works great and the provided monitor screen displays correct information. I just checked the monitor screen and it showed 53% SoC, opened KH-F app on my phone and the SoC resets to 100% ??
Any ideas how to resolve this?
