I see so many things like that in federal buildings, it’s sad. Seems at times we’d rather buy a new building than fix a roof or water leak, and once you get a new building, no need to take care of it.

Ha! I thought the issue was with the sign. The spanish translation seemed a bit odd. Then again, my spanish is 40 years out of date and the little working spanish I remember was learned on the soccer field.
