LifePo4 Low Battery Voltage Issue

Hi everyone,

I have a custom LifePO4 setup in my van and today I got a weird error after I tried to plug in a 10-11a load via a surge protector and my inverter. My Xiaoxiang BMS all the sudden showed a voltage drop across the cells and really strange values. Like it would show the battery at ~7.5V...then back up to 13.5 and then everywhere in between...

My aili shunt and my usb setup (which also shows the battery voltage) has it at 13.5V. My victron smartsolar software (Mppt) also has it at 13.57V whereas the Victron VE Direct (inverter) has it jumping around all over the place just like the BMS software with Low Voltage alarms sounding.

The cells are the 280ah ones everyone buys on these forums and everything was working fine for the past two months up until today.

Any idea what could be going on or what I should check?

My heart is really sinking right now thinking that the cells, bms or something else could be dead after all the work I put into this. Any help is much appreciated.
