So, I ended up soldering 2mm Copper Bus bars as picture bleow. Not all bus bars are flush so not ideal.
Next steps to add BMS then undertake a significant amount of load testing to see if the planned amp draw does not have significant thermal issues.

I wonder how well it would have worked if you heat up the bus bar on its own away from the terminal to the point where you could easily melt solder on it without a soldering iron. Then put the bar on the terminals and use its heat to melt the solder on the bar and the terminal.

Just a thought.
