As long as they will protect the circuit I'll leave it this way. Huge pain in the ass otherwise to move them but if I have to.......But at battery voltage, it's not as critical in my opinion.
Above 100 volts, I would be more critical about it.

They have different lug connection points top to bottom and extremely tight fit but are doable using different lugs.Can't you just rotate the breaker?
