Hi all,
My company has developed a solar temperature manager PCB that will automatically prevent a solar panel from charging lithium batteries when the temperature drops below 1C / 34f, and will allow charging to begin again once the temperature rises.
Originally designed to manage a solar-powered security system, the PCB can be used in low-voltage lighting and other 5V solar projects.
We are looking to manufacture this product, and are gauging the market to see if there is any interest. If this is something that would be interesting for your product please let us know, we welcome any feedback. Thanks very much.
Please see attached an image of the product, and the product datasheet.
