loc Tight on Battery Screws

I noticed yesterday that the screw into my LiFEPo4 batteries had vibrated loose. They are mounted in my RV. How is the best way to prevent this from happening again? Can I use plain old loc tight on the threads that screw into the batteries

I use regular lock nuts.

The screws screw directly into the batteries. There is no nut involved

Yes, you can use some Loctite (the blue one, not the red one if you want to able to remove the screws one day...).

A longer screw and a lock nut.

But if already decided on loctite, use the blue.

Valence batteries have loctite or something similar on their battery bolts. In an RV you should make it a regular habit to check all electrical connections. Vibration as well as expanding/contracting make them tend to come loose. I try to check mine about once a month.
