M8 terminals on new ECO-WORTHY 12V 100Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate LiFePO4 Battery question

I just bought 2 100AH batteries that have M8 terminals and I have no idea what that is. I looked it up but can't seem to find an answer, do I need different ring terminated cables than the ones that screw into the connector on standard SAE terminals on my golf cart batteries? I currently have 2 6v lead acid in series, will I be able to use these ring terminated cables to connect the LiFePO4 M8 terminals in parallel?

Thanks in advance it was a spur of the moment buy and I have want to make sure I have what I need tomake the switch and get my system up and running as I'm off grid and100 miles from the store.

5/16 inch = 7.9375 mm
M8 = 8mm

They are interchangeable in practice, for connecting terminals at least.
