Looking for battery assembly help

I am located in Seabrook TX, 77586, and looking to see if anyone is available to help assemble some battery packs for my boat.

I have 400 SMC lithium cells, which I need to be assembled into several 48V packs. I, unfortunately, do not have all the time I hoped to have to do this.

There is pay, just in case it is interpreted as something else.
