I just received my first LifePo4 battery. I am happy and look forward to getting this installed to try it out.
I asked the seller for a Battery Spec sheet. The battery I purchased is named 'ECI Power'. The seller sent a battery spec sheet for a battery named 'Expert Power'. I suspect it's just a re-label.
The question I have is that the charger low temp cutoff is specified as 23degrees rather then 32. Is this normal?

I would think the best thing to do is contact the manufacture or seller to find out for sure.

I have a cheap Daly BMS 30 amp hour unit. It is spec’s to stop discharge at -7c (19f). That is much to low for what I want, but the BMS was $14 shipped and I do not worry about freezing temps where I’m at.

I suspect the manufacture of your battery either inserted a BMS similar to mine, which could be bad for your cells, or there may be an additive in the lithium like yttrium which allows chargign in the cold. The manufacture may also believe the lithium cells are good to that temp.
